The Challenge
Our client, a non-profit who believes that birthdays should never go un-celebrated — even if you don’t have a roof over your head that you routinely call “home” – had a vision of reaching a younger audience with a book. The founder of the organization has a passion for writing children’s books about kindness, helping others, and being kind to the Earth as part of their fundraising efforts. But never having published a book before, she was unsure of how to start.
The Solution
There is a lot more involved with publishing a book than just writing the story and we had to get involved with this great charity that is changing the lives of those less fortunate every day. In addition to publishing the illustrated children’s book, we also designed the book’s online presence. In the past year, we have also edited and published a follow-on book on KDP in print and digital formats.
