The Challenge

The restaurant world is competitive and requires more and more entertainment of guests as part of the dining experience. The client was looking for a new online presence that reflected the flair of their restaurant’s food and ambiance, as well as new food photography of the current menu favorites. They also needed editorial and content creation support to keep a steady stream of information flowing to guests and bringing them in the door.

The Solution

Our first step was to create a new online presence for the restaurant which was fun and eclectic, just like the inside of the dining establishment. We then got to the grueling task of photographing all that amazing food — which tasted just as good as it looked! And finally we worked closely with the restaurant’s owner-chef to establish an editorial calendar of content for their blog and social media posts which we were published for them regularly.

Delicious Ways to Communicate

Dining & Entertainment

In tourist hot spots like Naples, FL, many of the restaurants offer musical dining for guests, and sometimes even dance events. Our client needed a place to communicate their current menu offerings, specials, upcoming events and other news to keep guests informed of all that was going on at the restaurant. We built a custom themed WordPress website with all the functionality they needed and which was easy for them to update in-house.

A Hunger for More

When you’re working in your business on a daily basis, you don’t always think the things you’re doing are newsworthy. When we started working with our client, they had no flow of information leaving their restaurant and had no idea what to even tell their customers about. We turned that around by creating a weekly posting schedule for blog posts, filming regular video posts with the chef, bartenders, and vendors to highlight special traits of the restaurants, and began maintaining their social media profiles to include all the things we were learning.
